AIMS International Albania & Kosovo is organizing on 15 - 16 March 2018 a training with topic “Prove the
Value of Training – ROI”
Its main aim is to empower HR professionals to have a more strategic role within the organization.
After this training, attendants will be able to:
- Measure the Exact Impact of their training initiatives
- Align their development actions to relevant KPI-s
