Central Bank forces banks to refuse loans, businesses are alarmed

Business community is alarmed by the decision of the Central Bank to force them and present official business records when applying for a loan. The general secretary of producers Arben Shkodra said that second tier banks have provided businesses the opportunity to present illegal information and documentation, hence the negative phenomenon in the market.
