Societe Generale expands network

September is a month of good news for Societe Generale Albania Bank. Following the excellent performance of the 9-month period, at the same time notified as the Bank with the lowest rate of NPL in the country by the Central Bank, Societe Generale Albania announces the expansion of its network with 3 new branches, 2 of which are positioned in a strategic zones.

Accompanied by personalities, honored clients and friends, Societe Generale Albania inaugurated the new branches in Lezha, in Komuna e Parisit, and in Unaza e Re respectively on 8th, 13th and 14th of September 2016. Special guests who shared their thoughts on the Societe Generale Albania investment during these ceremonies were his Excellency Mr. Bernard Fitoussi - Ambassador of France to Albania, First Counselor of Embassy of France – Mrs. Isabelle LE Guellec, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry France - Albania Mr. Julien Roche, Vice / Mayor of the Municipality of Tirana, Mr. Abaz Hado, Administrator of Municipal Unit No. 5, Ms. Violeta Kila, Administrator of Kashar Unit Mr. Erind Catri and many well-known public figures for their contribution to the community.

Mr. Frédéric Blanc, General Manager of Societe Generale Albania Bank, highlighted the determination of this bank to move with stable and mature steps towards the development and innovation, always at the service of its customers who are augmenting every day.

He also accented the fact that the satisfaction of the clients is evidenced and a leitmotif to this Bank. There are over 135.000 clients that believe in Societe Generale Albania and thanks to them this bank at present enjoys 9% of the market share in loans. Societe Generale Albania in 2016, is in the level of 345 M EUR in loans to the Albanian economy. In fact this market share has doubled during this 6 last years, positioning Societe Generale Albania the 4th bank of the country based on this criteria.

Among other things he emphasized the values ​​that embody this over 150 years old Societe Generale Group, the values that its staff protects and applies faithfully, such as; commitment, innovation, responsibility and team spirit, all these animated in the bank's logo.
