Council of Ministers adopts the methodology for determining the tax base for purposes of application of the local property tax for buildings On 07.03.2018, the Council of Ministers approved decision no. 132 on the methodology for determining the tax base of immovable property “buildings” (the “Decision”). The Decision entered into force upon its publication in the Official Journal (i.e. 13.03.2018) but its application will start from 01.04.2018.
